A tailored approach to meaningful change.

No two leaders, teams or organisations are the same. I combine coaching, facilitation and practical experiences to create the right space for reflection, challenge and action.

I create space for reflection, honest conversation and new possibilities.

I help turn insight into practical choices and meaningful change.

We reflect on progress, on what’s working and adjust the next steps to help change last.

Ways to work together

Different challenges call for different approaches.

Sometimes you need space to think things through. Sometimes a team needs to change how it works together. Sometimes an organisation needs support through a bigger transformation.

I adapt the format, the depth and the way we work together to what you are facing.

Individual Coaching

A space to step back and move forward.

I offer one-to-one coaching for leaders who want to gain clarity, challenge their thinking and navigate what’s next with greater intention. We start with what you’re navigating now, whether that’s a new role, a difficult decision, a period of change or simply the feeling that something needs to shift.

Through one-to-one conversations, I help you step back from the day-to-day, challenge your thinking and explore what you want to do differently.

Good to know : Sessions are tailored to your situation and evolve as the work progresses.

Team Coaching

Work better together.

I work with teams to understand how they work together, strengthen relationships and address the dynamics that affect their performance.

Team coaching gives your team space to step out of the day-to-day and look at how you actually work together.

We explore the dynamics, behaviours and conversations that influence trust, collaboration and performance, then work on what needs to change.

Good to know : The format can be adapted to your team’s context, from a focused intervention to a longer coaching journey.

Leadership journeys

Develop the awareness and skills to lead with greater intention.

I design tailored development journeys that combine reflection, practical learning and coaching to help leaders grow their awareness, strengthen their leadership and navigate change.

These programmes can combine coaching, workshops, facilitation and practical experimentation.

Good to know : Each journey is built around the needs of the organisation and its leaders, with a mix of formats and experiences depending on the objectives.

Keynotes

I create thought-provoking talks around leadership, psychological safety, resilience, change and the realities of working with people, sparking new perspectives and meaningful conversations.

Good to know : Keynotes can be tailored to your audience, context and event, from a focused talk to a broader theme woven into your programme.

Workshops & Trainings

New perspectives. Meaningful conversations. Practical action.

I create interactive sessions that give people space to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, practise new behaviours and connect what they learn to their everyday work.

Good to know : Workshops are tailored to your audience and objectives, with a practical, coaching-led approach and plenty of interaction.

Coach with more confidence

For managers and future coaches, by a certified MCC ICF coach.

Develop a more coaching-led way of working.

I help managers and aspiring coaches develop the skills to listen more deeply, ask better questions and create conversations that help others think, grow and take ownership.

Retreats

Sometimes moving forward starts with stopping.

I create immersive experiences that give people space to pause, reconnect, reflect and consciously choose what comes next.

Good to know : Retreats are immersive experiences designed around reflection, connection and renewal. Upcoming retreats include the full programme, practical details and what is included.

Insights Discovery

See yourself and others differently. Understanding yourself is a powerful starting point for understanding how you lead, communicate and work with others. Insights Discovery provides a practical framework for exploring individual preferences and differences, and how these shape communication, collaboration and leadership. I use it when it can help create greater self-awareness and turn that awareness into meaningful change.

Good to know : Insights Discovery can be used with individuals, teams or leaders as part of a wider development journey. I bring it into the work when it adds value, rather than as a stand-alone solution.

Constellations

See the bigger picture. Sometimes, understanding a situation requires looking beyond what is immediately visible. Constellations offer an experiential way to explore relationships, patterns and underlying dynamics within a team, an organisation or a personal situation. By making these dynamics visible, they can open up new perspectives, deepen understanding and reveal possibilities for change.

Good to know : Constellations can be used with individuals or groups, depending on the context and the question being explored. They are a way to gain perspective and explore possibilities, not a ready-made solution. I use this approach when it can bring meaningful insight to the situation.

What can change when you create space for it?

More clarity

See what matters, what needs to shift and where to focus.

Stronger relationships

Build trust, openness and better ways of working together.

More conscious leadership

Become more aware of your impact, choices and behaviours.

Greater resilience

Develop the capacity to navigate pressure, uncertainty and change.

Sustainable performance

Create the conditions for people and teams to perform well over time.

AI and what stays when everything changes

AI is changing how we work, and what it means to be good at what we do. If it feels like you're navigating a future you didn't choose, you're not alone.

In this keynote, I explore what helps us stay grounded, adaptable and open to learning when everything around us is shifting. Drawing on psychology, resilience and a growth mindset, I turn the uncertainty of change into practical ways to move forward.

No tool training, no hype. Just practical habits people can start using tomorrow.

Smart collaboration to healthy cooperation
without fluffiness

This keynote shows both leaders and team members how to move beyond processes and tools, meetings, towards an environment where trust grows, every voice can be heard, and open conversations fuel progress instead of friction.

Like a lighthouse guiding ships to a safe harbor, you’ll discover how to guide your team towards a healthier, more sustainable way of working together.

This is not a fluffy talk: it’s a highly practical and interactive session, filled with concrete examples based on research.

You’ll leave with pragmatic tips and tricks you can immediately apply to strengthen cooperation and create a team dynamic where everyone feels safe to speak up

Stress is here to stay. Turning pressure into power.

In this powerful keynote, participants will gain deep personal insight into their own stress patterns, explore how stress affects both mind and body, and discover practical strategies to transform pressure into performance.

Led by a certified stress and burnout coach, this session combines engaging storytelling, interactive moments, and science-based insights into a keynote that’s as energizing as it is informative. You’ll walk away with tools you can use immediately — not only to manage your own stress, but also to recognize and support others under pressure.

What you’ll learn:
- How to identify your personal stress signals before they escalate
- The science behind stress and how it impacts your performance
- Simple, effective techniques to shift from tension to resilience
- How to create a personal action plan that boosts energy and prevents burnout

Whether you're a team leader, employee, or entrepreneur, this keynote will help you embrace stress as a natural part of life — and use it to grow, lead, and thrive.

Real, relatable, and refreshingly practical.

Mastering Courageous Conversations

Some conversations require courage. This workshop equips managers (and team members) with the skills, mindset, and confidence to navigate these critical discussions, whether with peers, managers, or internal/external partners.

These conversations ask a bit more from us: they touch on emotions, bring us closer to the person we are speaking with, and sometimes feel challenging.

Yet, they are precisely what builds honest relationships, trust, and stronger collaboration.

Participants learn practical techniques to prepare, conduct, and follow up on conversations that matter, ensuring alignment on the foundations of collaboration, performance, and well-being.

The workshop is pragmatic and tailored made as it will focus on the exact need of the client.

Curious.
Challenging.
Grounded.
Practical.

I believe meaningful change starts with being willing to look honestly at what is happening.

I create a space where you can think differently, ask difficult questions, have honest conversations and explore what could change.

I will challenge you when it is useful, listen when it matters and keep bringing the conversation back to what happens next.

Because insight is valuable, but what you do with it is what creates change.

Where could you start?

Let’s talk about what you’re facing and explore what could help.

... and you don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.
