I'm Axelle.

Mom.

Coach.

I work with leaders, teams and organisations navigating change, complexity and growth. My work is about creating the space to step back, see things differently and turn insight into meaningful action.

What brings me to this work

I’ve always been interested in what happens when people are willing to look beyond the obvious.

What makes someone a good leader?

What allows a team to really work together?

What happens when we create enough space to question the way we’ve always done things?

These questions have shaped the way I work and continue to shape what I explore today.

A background built around people, leadership and change

Over the years, I’ve worked across different environments and with people facing very different challenges. I’ve supported leaders stepping into new roles, teams looking to work better together, and organisations navigating change.

Alongside my coaching work, I speak, facilitate workshops and design development programmes around leadership, team effectiveness, resilience and change.

Curious.
Challenging.
Grounded.
Practical.

I ask questions. I listen carefully. I challenge when I think it can help.

I don’t come with a script for how you should lead, how your team should work or what your organisation should become.

I bring experience, perspective and a willingness to explore what might be possible with you.

What I believe

People don’t need more answers. They often need better questions. I believe meaningful change starts with curiosity, self-awareness and the willingness to look honestly at what is happening.

How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Performance matters. So do trust, relationships, wellbeing and the conditions that make good performance sustainable.

Change is human. Strategies and processes can change on paper overnight. People need time, clarity and space to make change real.

Growth doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes the most useful thing you can do is stop, step back and see what you’ve been too busy to notice.

Beyond the job

Dance has always been part of my life.

For me, dancing was about freedom, expression, harmony and connection. But also about discipline, dedication, hard work and the countless hours of practice behind every performance.

There is something beautiful about knowing your music, mastering your choreography and trusting the people dancing alongside you. Each person brings their own energy and expression, yet together you create something greater than the sum of its parts.

And perhaps that’s what I still carry with me today.

A love for movement and expression. An appreciation for both strength and softness. The joy of connecting with others, while remaining true to myself.

The person in this picture is around twenty years old. Many things have changed since then, but those parts of me are still very much alive.

And yes, I still love to dance.

Curious what I’m thinking about?

I regularly share ideas, questions and reflections on leadership, teams, change and sustainable performance.

Let’s start with a conversation

Tell me what’s going on, what’s changing or what’s not working, and we’ll see where the conversation takes us.

... and you don’t need to have the challenge perfectly defined.
